Course Work Audio Project

For this project, I created an educational audio lesson on Suzuki Violin Book 1, “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” Variation A. The recording includes an introduction, step-by-step instruction, and a closing. The background music features “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” Variation A performed on the violin, creating a musical connection to the lesson.

The goal of this project was to use audio as a teaching tool to help beginning violin students learn proper rhythm, technique, and listening skills. The narration is organized, easy to follow, and designed to keep young learners engaged while introducing the first steps of the Suzuki method.

Course Work Image Project

For this project, I created a ballet-themed website that serves as the foundation for my final multimedia project. The site includes multiple pages with images, navigation links, contact information, and a consistent design that is easy to use and visually organized.

I designed the website to be a learning resource for ballet students of all ages. As the course continues, I will add videos, photos, audio, and educational content to create an engaging and accessible ballet website.

Readings Book Resources

Readings and resources I’ve used in my studies across education, music, dance, and multimedia. The books are grouped by topic. Each book has a short notes on how each one connects to my learning and teaching.

I also joined a book club at my local library.  Reading and meeting people is a great way to stay motivated to read and talk through new ideas in education, music, and dance. It’s helped me think more about my teaching and gave me friends to share ideas with others in education and the arts.
