Dancer this is a movement starting in 4th position, passing through 2nd position, and finishing in arabesque.
Relevé on your left leg, brushing the right leg through 4th to 2nd en lair. Turn in the air to arabesque and land in this position. Note: it is often preceded either by a demi contretemps, or a pas de bourrée, as in grand jeté en tournant.
Note: movement may be done by a spring instead of a relevé.
