Ballet Jete Ordinaire

In ballet jete ordinair from the 5th position extend your left foot to second, spring and alight with left foot on the cou de pied. In ballet this can be preformed derrière and devant, as well as traveling de côte (sideways) and en avant, or en arriere with an extension to 4th.
